Actions > words.  Talking about things is great.  It’s important to talk it out and vocalize what you want and reach for the moon with your plans.  Making plans, dreaming and hoping for tomorrow, however, can get you stuck sometimes.  How many of you catch yourself doing a whole lot of planning instead of ACTING?  Making your dreams happen requires acting on them even when you don’t know the final outcome.  Do you think anyone who has ever done something great had a blueprint plan that they followed to the letter from start to finish?  No.  You never know how a dream will evolve. 9 times out of 10, our big crazy scary ideas turn out BETTER and bigger than we imagined from the start, right?   Truly successful people take specific action on big ideas regardless of the certainty of the final outcome.  They take a risk because all the possible outcomes are WORTH IT.  They had a lot of challenges along the way.  Challenges teach us. And successful people keep going even as the path grows and changes.  They ACT.  Actions > words.  Planning is great, but don’t let the fear of the unknown keep you from taking the leap.  Take the risk you know you need to take.  Is it worth it?  Yes.  Yes.  YES.  Begin anywhere.  Just make sure you begin.  - Lara
